Go to the Makesure (MS) website and select the relevant NCCHC package.
Complete the purchase to initiate your background check. 


Receive Invitation to Download RatifyID App 

After purchase, you will receive an invitation by email or SMS to download the RatifyID app. The app is compatible with Android and iOS devices. 


Create RatifyID Account & Complete Verification 

Download and open the RatifyID app.Follow the prompts to create your account, verify your identity, and complete any required consent forms.Upload any necessary documents as requested. 


Submit Verification & Track ProgressSubmit your completed RatifyID verification.
 

Return To Makesure Website To Finalise NCCHC 

Once RatifyID verification is complete, return to the Makesure website.Finalise your NCCHC application by submitting any additional information if needed. 

Receive and Access Your NCCHC Results 

Your NCCHC result will be available via Makesure.Download or share your certificate as required.
